My business succeeds because my readers and users trust me, and I do everything in my power to preserve that trust. The intent of this disclosure policy is to clarify my policies about making money from this website.

I earn money in several direct and indirect ways from this website, which include but are not limited to...

• Selling my own products, including the online Personal MBA Business Crash Course, the live Personal MBA Masterclass, etc.
• Selling my own services, like 1-on-1 Personal MBA Coaching and private consulting.
• Referral fees from affiliate programs, like Amazon Associates and Audible.com. This means I get a commission any time someone decides to purchase products I recommend, including every book on the Personal MBA recommended reading list.
• Public speaking honorariums.
• Private training engagements.

Re: Recommendations and Affiliate Programs

I only recommend products and services I have personally used and highly recommend. I never recommend anything to my readers just because there's a commission involved. The recommendation comes first, and affiliate programs come a very distant second.

If I like something and want to recommend it, and it happens to have an affiliate or commission program, I will probably participate in that program. It would be foolish of me not to - affiliate commissions help pay for my server costs, supporting infrastructure, and business overhead. Accordingly, you should assume that all links to products and services I recommend are affiliate links, keeping in mind I will never recommend something solely on that basis.

Re: Paid Advertising

I do not accept any form of advertising on this website. That includes banner ads, text link ads, search engine ads, and paid posts. If I post about something, it's because I either really like it, or really don't - my opinions will be very clear in my post. If I find that a product I have previously recommended is not satisfactory for some reason, I will post an update to my readers.
