If you’re on Twitter, feel free to follow me at @joshkaufman. Twitter is where I publish links to things worth reading, short quotes, progress on my personal experiments, and other updates that aren’t long enough for a blog post. In addition, it’s often faster to reach me on Twitter than e-mail if you have a quick question.

its funny how you promote limiting your information input and then suggest people follow you on information fire hoses like twitter
Tyler – like any tool, the degree of usefulness depends on how you use it. If you follow thousands of people, it’s almost worthless. If you follow a small set of people who are doing / talking about interesting things, it’s very useful. Twitter is also great for finding people who are talking about what you’re interested in, then striking up a conversation. Here’s an example: I met two great friends via Twitter, who introduced me to my agent, who made the book deal happen. You never know.
