If you select all books, then go to amazon to purchase them, the first page loads, but then after clicking on the “continue” button at the bottom of the Amazon page it says “ERROR, The requested URL could not be retrieved”. Just something to look into.
I use Safari Library as a way to get access to thousands of books and resources. Most of the books are technical in nature, however they did have the following books in the library:
Presentation Zen
The Myths of Innovation
Making Things Happen
Making it Happen
